2 low line Angus cows, a 3 year old and a 5 year old, also 1 low line Angus bull, 3 years old. 5 head of red feeder bulls from Schoneboom Farms. 4 head of calves from Auxvasse.
60 head of boer cross kid goats, weighing from 40 to 65 lbs. 20 head of boer and boer cross nannies, young and been exposed to a billy. 2 good boer billies. 25 head of boer and boer cross nannies, young and nice.
25 head of real good white face wool ewes, just been sheared. 2 good bucks also from same farm. 20 head of lambs from Versailles.
110 head of feeder pigs coming from Illinois weighing from 35 to 50 lbs average. 20 head of feeder pigs coming from Stover area, mostly blue butts weighing from 30 to 50 lbs. Carl Walther is bringing 11 feeder pigs and 17 lambs from Boonville.

There will be 115 head of dairy nannies here for this Thursday's livestock sale! They are multiple breeds and some of them are bred. I've also got some bred ewes coming and some with babies already, mostly hair ewes.
KBIA radio will be at the horse sale this Saturday March 12. They want to interview myself and visit with others concerning the "down" horse market. If you are a concerned horse person now is the time to be heard!
Also be sure to attend our "Let's talk Horses" sale on April 9, 2011!! Sponsored in part by MFA Exchange, they, along with myself, will be giving out door prizes throughout the sale! We'll start our tack sale at 1:00 that day and horses at 6:30. Free pony cart rides for the kids, so be sure to bring the whole fam!! There will be about 60 head of Dairy Nannies offered at the sale this Thursday Feb 24! If you need one or more for your lambing season, some of these could work for you. Come early and check them out before the sale so you get the one you want! Later, Nanc

Looking forward to a good horse sale tomorrow, Saturday. The weather looks promising, so come on out to the stockyards for a day of fun and good friendship! I'm glad to be back to our normal routine again!

The auction is already on!! I'm getting calls with telephone bids on him already! Everyone is excited to get a chance to bid on Billy next Thursday Sept. 9th! All proceeds are going to a great cause, Mexico Animal Shelter.
